The SOLE E35 Elliptical provides effective workouts through its whisper-quiet front-drive system that functions in both forward and reverse motion, inward foot pedal design, 25 lbs flywheel with a high gear ratio, and ECB resistance ensure a smooth movement and natural feel of wheels for a comfortable exercise whereby increasing the intensity and focusing on desired calorie burn.
It Includes a 7.5” display console with a white backlit LCD display that includes 6 standards programs, 2 custom programs, and 2 heart programs, as well as shows every piece of information such as Time, Distance, Calories, RPM, Level, Laps, Heart rate percent graph, Pulse, Watts, Program, etc.
The console has built-in speakers which allow you to hook up any MP3 player (iPod, etc.) for easy listening; a smart device holder and a USB connector to charge your devices.
It also boasts a built-in cooling fan and water bottle holder for added comfort.
The E35 also has a power incline feature which offers additional resistance as well as variable positions for diversity in your workout at the touch of a button. The ramp angle is fully adjustable from 0 to 20 different incline levels, allowing you to individually target and work all major lower body muscle groups.
It has a 20 inches long stride. The cushioned foot pedals ensure proper foot placement without causing any injury to the foot/ankles whereas adjustable foot pedals allow all age groups to use. It adjusts up to 3 positions as per the user requirement.
The handlebars with built-in pulse sensors for monitoring your heart rate, as well as a heart rate chest strap is also included for hands-free pulse monitoring and heart rate interactive programs.
It has oversize foot pedals that were designed in collaboration with a leading physical therapist and sports enthusiast. The E35 is designed in a 2-degree inward slope to the foot pedals which reduces ankle and knee stress that is common in other elliptical machines. The footbeds are also adjustable for customized comfort.
The power Incline feature separates SOLE from the rest of the market. It creates a completely different workout that targets areas of the lower body that normally would not be worked out on an elliptical without a Power Incline.
The four rear wheels which ride on heavy-duty rails provide a smoother more stable feel and reduce side-to-side foot pedal motion, a feature found only on more expensive models.
E35 Elliptical is built with thick steel to accommodate users of heavyweights. The frame also has multi-position handgrips, to help provide workout variance.
