The Brief
Hana wanted what is, in effect, a full gym inside a 5 x 6 metre room in her Abu Dhabi home. Two things were non negotiable: the flooring had to be functional and safe for real training, and it had to deaden sound so dropped weights and cardio did not travel through the rest of the house.
What We Did
We started with the floor. A sound deadening gym flooring system was laid across the room to absorb impact and vibration, giving a stable, grippy surface for lifting and a quiet base for cardio. The equipment was then planned around the 30 square metres so that strength, cardio and free weight work all have their own space without the room feeling crowded, and everything was delivered and installed by our team.
The Equipment
- Sound deadening gym flooring, full room
- Strength training equipment
- Cardio equipment
- Free weights and accessories
The Result
A complete, quiet home gym in a room most people would call too small for one. Hana's own words after handover: "It was amazing. Your service and the guys, so professional."
We design and install home gyms across Abu Dhabi as well as Dubai. See how it works at our home gym page, or read what 150 home gyms actually cost in our cost guide.
