We already install and maintain saunas, ice baths and gyms across the city every week. When we say the chiller will be quiet, the drainage will work and the room will be finished on the day we agreed, it is because we have done it hundreds of times.

How long does a wellness room take?
Recover installs in under a week. Restore typically takes two to three weeks. Sanctuary projects are quoted individually, usually six to ten weeks.
Can you convert a bedroom, garage or maid's room?
Yes. Most projects use an existing room. We confirm ventilation, drainage and power in the consultation.
Do you handle villa community approvals?
We prepare the documentation your community management requires and work with approved fit-out partners for construction scopes.
Is the health science real?
Sauna use is one of the best-studied wellness practices in the world, and cold exposure and light therapy have growing research behind them. We will never overclaim. We build rooms that help you recover, sleep and feel better, and we are happy to share the research we rate.
Do you offer rental first?
Yes. You can rent an ice bath or sauna from us before committing to a full room. Many clients start there.
