The Brief
Jamie wanted to make the most of a spare room in his rented villa in Meydan: commercial quality equipment, real exercise variety and a clean, modern look, without paying new prices for cardio that would sit in a rented house.
What We Did
The cardio is refurbished Life Fitness, the commercial range. Each machine went through our 32 point safety and health check, was serviced, repainted to look pristine and then installed and positioned in the room. It delivers commercial performance at a fraction of the cost of buying new. For strength, a dual adjustable pulley gives hundreds of exercises from a compact footprint, and functional dumbbells cover the rest, with an adjustable bench and gym flooring underneath.
The Equipment

- Dual adjustable pulley

The Result
A sleek, full use gym in a spare room, with cardio that looks and runs like new for a fraction of new pricing. Refurbished commercial equipment is the smartest buy for a rented home, and this is what it looks like done properly.
