This is the Peloton Bike, the machine that made indoor cycling something people actually look forward to, paired with the recovery tool you will use most. Pick heat and take the 2 person infrared sauna. Pick cold and take the ice bath with chiller. Either way it arrives installed, activated and ready, with one monthly invoice covering both.
Most people who rent a Peloton add recovery a few months later, paying for a second delivery and running two arrangements. This is both from day one, for less than the two rentals cost separately.

What's included
- Peloton Bike (original): 21.5 inch HD touchscreen, near-silent belt drive, magnetic resistance, live and on-demand classes, footprint roughly 120cm x 60cm. Swivel screen attachment available so you can follow yoga, strength and stretching classes off the bike too. Depending on availability we sometimes supply the Bike+ at no extra cost.
- Option A, 2 person full spectrum infrared sauna: 120cm wide x 100cm deep x 190cm high, Hemlock wood with tempered glass, near, mid and far infrared, 18 to 65 degrees, Bluetooth speaker, LED control panel and oxygen bar.
- Option B, ice bath with chiller: 135cm drop stitch PVC tub with insulated cover, 300 to 350 litres in use, paired with the 1 horsepower SY-10-HC PRO chiller. Water temperature adjustable from 1 to 45 degrees, controlled from your phone. No ice required.
- Delivery, installation, setup, Peloton activation, servicing and collection.
Heat or cold. Which one should you take?
Take the sauna if your goal is sleep, stress and winding down. Twenty minutes of quiet heat after a ride is the easiest evening ritual there is, and couples tend to use it together.
Take the ice bath if your goal is energy, mood and bouncing back from hard sessions. Three minutes of cold after a ride and the rest of the day feels sharper.

How it fits into real life
A 30 minute ride before work, then the plunge, then out the door. Or an evening class followed by the sauna instead of another hour of screens. The bike removes the excuses between you and the workout. The recovery piece is what makes you want to do it again tomorrow.

P.P.S. Clients who rent with us for two months or more become VIPs. If a VIP is heading off on holiday, we can often pause the rental and restart it when you are back. It is not always guaranteed, but we say yes whenever we can, so tell us before you fly. Subject to availability.
