Infrared Sauna in Dubai: Sessions, Home Cabins, and What Each Really Costs

Full spectrum infrared sauna cabin with carbon heating panels and LED lighting

You have three options for an infrared sauna in Dubai, and they suit different people. You can book sessions at a wellness studio, typically 100 to 330 AED per visit. You can rent a cabin at home from 899 to 1,600 AED a month depending on term, delivered and installed. Or you can buy a cabin outright, mostly 13,000 to 26,000 AED installed. The right answer depends on one number: how many times a month you will actually sit in it.

When studio sessions make sense

If you want a sauna once or twice a month, or you want the full contrast ritual with an ice bath, cold towels and someone else doing the cleaning, Dubai's studios are excellent and we say so without hesitation. Private rooms run roughly 150 to 330 AED a session around the city.

The arithmetic turns at about two sessions a week. Eight studio visits a month is 800 to 2,600 AED, which is already at or above the cost of having a cabin standing in your own home, used whenever you like, with nobody else's schedule involved.

What a home infrared cabin involves

One normal 13 amp socket, about 1.2 by 1.1 metres of floor for a two person cabin, two metres of ceiling, a dry ventilated room. No plumbing, no construction. Electricity is under 1 AED a session. Full spectrum cabins, near, mid and far infrared, are what we supply and rent: gentler direct heat that most people find easier to sit in for 30 to 45 minutes than a traditional hot room.

Worth knowing before you choose a cabin: far infrared only models do not deliver some of the skin benefits that come with the near and mid wavelengths in a full spectrum cabin, which is why full spectrum is what we fit first. And one honest caveat that cuts both ways: in some infrared cabins the emitters sit close behind where your back rests, and although there is a protection rail, it is close enough that pressing bare skin against it for long spells can burn. Check the seating clearance on whatever you buy, and sit off the panels, not against them. It is a design detail no listing mentions and the first thing you notice in a badly laid out cabin.

Renting against buying against sessions, in one table

Route Cost Makes sense when
Studio sessions 100 to 330 AED per visit Once or twice a month, or you want the guided ritual
Rent at home 1,600 AED a month, 1,332 on 3 months, 1,099 on 6, 899 on 12 Two or more sessions a week, or testing the habit
Buy 13,000 to 26,000 AED installed; ours 17,997, pre-owned from 12,997 You already know you use it four times a week

Every rental includes delivery, installation, servicing and collection, and runs month to month after the first month.

Try now, buy later

The honest path for most people: rent the cabin, see whether it survives contact with your actual week, then decide. Keep renting, buy it, in many cases with rent paid coming off the price, or hand it back.

Questions people ask us

How much is an infrared sauna session in Dubai?

Studio sessions typically run 100 to 330 AED depending on venue and duration.

How much does it cost to have an infrared sauna at home in Dubai?

Rental from 899 to 1,600 AED a month depending on term, delivered and installed. Buying mostly costs 13,000 to 26,000 AED installed.

Are infrared saunas safe to use daily?

Most people use infrared cabins for 20 to 45 minute sessions, several times a week, comfortably. The practical rules: drink water before and after, build up session length rather than starting long, do not press bare skin against the emitter panels, and get out when you have had enough rather than pushing through. Heat tolerance is personal. If you are pregnant or managing a medical condition, ask your doctor before using any sauna.

Does an infrared sauna work in a Dubai apartment?

Yes. A two person cabin fits most apartments, plugs into a normal socket and needs no permanent installation. Lift access decides the delivery, and we manage that.
