The Brief
Our client in Dubai Hills wanted to build a private home gym using commercial-grade equipment rather than residential fitness products. The brief was clear. Every piece needed to offer a wide range of exercises, the flooring had to be durable without the strong rubber smell often associated with gym floors, and the equipment had to be built to perform reliably for many years.
What We Did
We designed the gym around versatility and long-term use. The layout gives enough room to move comfortably between stations while making the most of the available space. Commercial equipment was selected to support multiple training styles without overcrowding the room, and premium EPDM flooring was installed to provide a clean finish without the odour commonly found with lower-quality rubber flooring.
