The Brief
Zach and Aime came to us for their third project, this time a rooftop pergola in Dubai Hills, about 6 x 3.5 metres. Having done their Palm Jumeirah garage and their Fairways gym, the standard was already set: full Technogym, finishes that match the house, and nothing left on the floor.
What We Did
The training area sits on pure EPDM flooring in the marble grain finish, with a real wood floor fitted around it once the main installation was complete, so the pergola reads as an outdoor room rather than a gym mat on a roof. The centrepiece is the Technogym Kinesis, the mirrored glass dual adjustable pulley that gives a full cable station in a single elegant panel. Technogym cardio and strength complete the set, and we designed and installed custom shelving and bespoke dumbbell storage so every accessory has a home.
The Equipment
- Technogym Kinesis mirrored dual adjustable pulley
- Technogym cardio and strength equipment
- Pure EPDM marble grain flooring
- Real wood flooring
- Custom shelving and bespoke dumbbell storage
The Result
A compact rooftop gym that supports a full training week in 21 square metres, finished to the same level as the rest of the house. Third project, same client, same team, which is the review we value most.
