The Brief
The client at Tilal Al Ghaf, Dubai wanted a premium home gym that combined high-quality training equipment with a dedicated recovery area. The design included a recovery zone featuring an infrared sauna and vertical ice bath, alongside a fully equipped gym. One of the main challenges was installing suitable flooring over an uneven garage floor while achieving a stable and professional finish.
What We Did
We prepared the garage with a functional flooring system designed to accommodate the uneven surface and provide a solid foundation for training. The gym was centred around the Inspire FT2 Pro, offering multiple strength training options from a single machine, and complemented with commercial-grade equipment throughout. We also created a dedicated recovery corner with a full infrared sauna and vertical ice bath, completing the space with a television for guided workouts and training content.
