This is both halves of contrast therapy delivered together: our 2 person full spectrum infrared sauna, and our commercial ice bath with a separate external filtration unit. One delivery, one installation, one monthly invoice, and one servicing schedule covering both.
Most people who buy into contrast therapy start with one and add the other six months later, paying twice for delivery and running two arrangements. This is the whole protocol from day one, for less than the two rentals cost separately.
What's included
- 2 person full spectrum infrared sauna: 120cm wide x 100cm deep x 190cm high, Hemlock wood with tempered glass, near, mid and far infrared, 18 to 65 degrees, Bluetooth speaker, LED control panel and oxygen bar.
- Commercial ice bath: 135cm drop stitch PVC tub with insulated cover, 300 to 350 litres in use, paired with the 1 horsepower SY-10-HC PRO chiller and a separate external commercial filtration unit.
- Water temperature adjustable from 1 to 45 degrees, controlled from your phone.
- Delivery, installation, setup, servicing and collection for both units.
Why contrast, rather than one or the other
Heat then cold is the point. The sauna on its own is relaxing. The plunge on its own is bracing. Moving between them is a different experience entirely, and it is what people who take recovery seriously actually do.
Having both in the same place removes the excuse. No spa booking, no drive, no waiting for a free slot. Twenty minutes in the heat, three minutes in the cold, and back to your day.
How it fits into real life
Evenings instead of another hour of screens. Mornings before work when you want to arrive sharp. After heavy training sessions. Weekends with your partner, which is usually where the habit sticks.
