This is the NordicTrack Commercial 1750, the treadmill with a personal trainer built in. Through iFit on the HD touchscreen, real coaches lead you through workouts filmed around the world, and the machine automatically adjusts your speed and incline to match their instructions.

It declines as well as inclines, so downhill sections feel real, and the cushioned deck and strong motor handle daily running comfortably.

The 1750 solves the motivation problem. You do not decide how hard to work, your trainer does. You just press start and follow someone who is better at this than any of us, through the mountains of New Zealand or the streets of Tokyo.
