For the people who do not want machines. You want a rack, a bar and plates, the way you have always trained.
The Strength Room Package turns a garage, spare room or outdoor space into a proper lifting room. Commercial squat rack, Olympic barbell, bumper plate set, adjustable bench and flooring mat, delivered and installed in one visit.
Squat, bench, deadlift, press, row. The whole program, at home, on equipment that does not flinch.

We build each Strength Room around your space and your lifts, so plate weights and rack configuration are confirmed with you on WhatsApp before delivery.

Rental details
The Strength Room Package rents for 997 AED per month, including VAT. Minimum rental period is one month, then month to month. Delivery, installation and setup are included.
