This is the ice bath for spaces where the equipment is meant to be seen.

Solid timber cladding with a weather-resistant finish, two stainless steel retaining bands, an insulated waterproof tank inside, a matching timber lid and a matching two-step staircase. It is a piece of furniture that happens to hold cold water, and it belongs in a designed space rather than tucked behind the villa.

The water sits around 90cm deep, so you are submerged to the shoulders rather than lying back with your knees out. The insulated tank holds temperature efficiently, which means the chiller runs less and the water stays where you set it between sessions.

What you'll notice

Which ice bath should you take?

This is the only one that is a piece of furniture. Take it if the plunge is part of the design of the space, or if you are hosting people who will see it.

Our standard PVC tubs, horizontal and upright barrel, cost 1,600 AED per month, and the commercial setup with its separate external filtration is 1,997 AED per month.
