Two metres by one metre, built to USA specification, from AED 699 per mat.
High-density EVA foam core with a textured non-slip vinyl surface. Firm enough to stand and strike on, forgiving enough for takedowns and a full session of groundwork.
Choose your thickness
Available in 20mm, 30mm, 40mm and 50mm. Thinner suits no-gi and home mat spaces. Thicker suits judo, wrestling and anything with throws. Tell us how your room trains and we will tell you which one you want.
Why people choose these
- 2x1 metre panels, so fewer seams across a full mat space than one metre squares.
- Textured non-slip surface that keeps its grip when the mat is wet.
- Moisture resistant and quick to wipe down, which matters when a room runs six classes a day.
- Built to USA specification, at a price that is not a USA price.
Who they are for
BJJ and MMA academies, kids programmes, school and university halls, and home training rooms.

At Gym Fit Out, we do not offer equipment we would not be happy to use ourselves. Whether you are buying, renting, or setting up a complete fitness space, every product we supply is selected with one simple question in mind: will it look right, feel good, perform properly, and help the client train consistently?
Our founder, Tim Garrett, has spent more than 28 years in the health, fitness and performance industry, working across private home gyms, commercial gym projects, corporate wellness, sports teams and premium equipment rental. That experience matters, because choosing gym equipment is not just about the machine. It is about choosing the right product for your space, your body, your goals, and the way you will actually use it.
We focus on quality, reliability, installation, support and honest advice. We would rather guide you toward the right option than push you into the wrong one. Cheap equipment can look fine online, but feel poor to use, break down faster, and cost more in the long run.
Whether you are renting for a few months, buying for your home, or planning a full gym setup, our role is simple: help you choose equipment that feels premium, works properly, and gets used.
