This is our complete cold plunge setup: a 135cm drop stitch PVC tub with an insulated cover, paired with a 1 horsepower SY-10-HC PRO chiller that cools, filters and holds your water at whatever temperature you set. Fill it once, set the app, and it is ready whenever you are.

No bags of ice. No dragging the temperature back down each morning. No guessing whether the water is clean. The chiller handles cooling, ozone disinfection and multi-stage filtration continuously, so the plunge is ready at 4 degrees at six in the morning without you doing anything the night before.

Most people who try cold exposure give up because of friction. Buying ice, waiting for the water, cleaning it, wondering if it is hygienic. Remove the friction and the habit survives.

Which ice bath should you take?

This horizontal tub and our vertical barrel both rent for 1,600 AED per month, so between those two it is purely a question of shape. Take this one if you would rather lie back and stretch out. Take the barrel if floor space is tight, or if you want your shoulders fully under.

If several people will be plunging every day, step up to the commercial setup at 1,997 AED per month for its separate external filtration. The VIP wooden tub at 2,600 AED per month and the premium cedar system at 4,000 AED per month are for spaces where the plunge is on show.
