One thing of paramount importance is how comfortable it is to use, the 225 CSX home gym exercise bike has a gel saddle that is well padded and not only adjust up and down but also forward and backward.
This exercise bike has a maximum user weight of 130kgs, the more the gym equipment’s maximum user allowance is the more sturdy and well made a piece of gym equipment will be, now 130kgs isn’t a lot but it’s great for the price its selling at.
There’s 20 ready to go programs on this bike and résistance levels that go up to 20 the hardest being pretty tough, hard enough for interval training or hill climbing for all but 5 year + dedicated exercisers.
Bikes in this price range don’t usually come with Bluetooth connectivity and speakers so you can play your favourite track and have an amped up workout.
