Here’s a circuit you can use at home or at a hotel when your travelling, it requires no equipment, it activates all the large muscle groups and it will get you sweating for sure!
How to do this circuit.
- Do a 5-minute warm up by doing things like jumping from side to side, running on the spot, shoulder circles etc so that you are safe to exercise
- Then follow the circuit below by going from one exercise to the next.
Each circuit will take you about 15 minutes, have a 5-to-8-minute rest between circuits and do as many as time allows.
