At this price it comes with a great feature, the user can change how much cushioning they want on the treadmill deck, so they can have a firmer surface like a road which runners really like, or make it softer which is great for someone with bad knees.

It comes with a 41 cm running area which unless you are over 6ft tall is definitely adequate for runners.

After testing the treadmill I was surprised how quiet it was at running speeds, at lower speeds which are customary for cheaper treadmills it makes some noise.

There are no rattles or squeaks and that is exactly what you expect from such a storied and reputable brand.

It comes with 16 pre-set workouts and a 5-inches screen, all the usual suspects are on the screen including speed, calories, distance, pace, vertical distance, and speed.

Here at Gym Fit Out Dubai, we love iFit, the on-demand workouts or runs in this case by some of the very best trainers on the planet. You can connect your iPad which you can put in the integrated tablet holder to the treadmill and you can run along with a coach guiding you and pushing you along routes throughout some of the most incredible scenery in the world. How very cool!

You have to pay extra for iFit but we think it’s a steal at approximately 55 AED per month.
