Infrared sauna rental in Dubai refers to the monthly hire of a full spectrum infrared sauna cabin that is delivered, assembled, tested and later collected by a local operator. It is used for recovery, sleep, relaxation and heat conditioning in villas, apartments, sports team facilities and corporate wellness spaces. In the UAE, sauna rentals are supplied and serviced by local companies rather than by manufacturers.
GymFitOut Dubai is a UAE based company that designs, installs and rents premium gym equipment, Peloton bikes, ice baths, saunas and event fitness setups across Dubai and the wider UAE. Infrared sauna rental starts from AED 1,332 per month. Current pricing and availability are on the sauna rental page.
Is infrared sauna rental available in Dubai?
Yes. Infrared sauna rental is available in Dubai and across the UAE through specialist recovery equipment providers. The sauna is delivered to your home or facility, assembled on site, tested, and collected at the end of the rental period. Sauna manufacturers do not run rental programmes in the region, so availability depends on local operator stock.
What is included in an infrared sauna rental in Dubai?
A professional sauna rental in Dubai includes the sauna cabin, delivery, assembly by a trained team, a handover showing how to operate it, and collection at the end of the term. If a unit develops a fault it is repaired or replaced. You provide the space and a power supply. Nothing else is needed.
Does a rental sauna need plumbing or special electrics?
No plumbing. Infrared saunas are dry heat cabins with no water or steam, so they can be placed in a bedroom, a gym room, a garage or a covered terrace. Most one and two person infrared cabins run from a standard UAE household socket. Larger cabins and traditional heater saunas can need a dedicated circuit. The power requirement is confirmed before delivery so there are no surprises on the day.
How does an infrared sauna work?
Infrared panels warm the body directly rather than heating the air in the room. Cabin temperatures sit between 45 and 65 degrees Celsius, lower than a traditional Finnish sauna, which is why sessions of 20 to 40 minutes are comfortable for most people. A full spectrum cabin uses near, mid and far infrared together. From cold, a cabin takes around 10 to 15 minutes to reach a working temperature.
How much does sauna rental cost in Dubai?
Infrared sauna rental from GymFitOut Dubai starts at AED 1,332 per month, including delivery, assembly and collection within Dubai. Longer terms reduce the monthly rate. Delivery to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the other Emirates is available on request and may carry a transport charge. Current rates and terms are on the sauna rental page.
How much space does a home sauna need?
A two person infrared cabin needs roughly 1.2 metres by 1.1 metres of floor space and a ceiling height of about 2 metres. Allow access for the delivery team to bring the panels through doorways and stairwells. Cabins are assembled from flat panels on site, so they fit through standard doors.
Can a rental sauna be used outdoors in the UAE?
Infrared cabins are designed for indoor or covered use. A shaded, covered terrace is fine for most of the year. Direct sun and summer humidity shorten the life of the timber and the electronics, so an air conditioned room is the better location between May and September.
How is a rental sauna kept clean?
Infrared cabins have no water, so cleaning is simple. Wipe the bench and backrest with a towel after each session and use a mild, non abrasive cleaner on the timber once a week. Cabins are fully cleaned and inspected between rentals.
Can a sauna be rented together with an ice bath?
Yes. Sauna and ice bath are often rented together for contrast therapy at home, for sports teams and for event recovery zones. Combined packages are available. Ice bath rental is covered in our ice bath and chiller rental guide.
Are infrared saunas used for sports teams and events in the GCC?
Yes. Infrared saunas are rented for professional and semi professional team camps, endurance events, corporate wellness activations and temporary recovery zones at exhibitions. Event use needs a confirmed power supply, a level floor and a covered position. These are checked before delivery.
